The opportunity
The purpose of this role is to lead Mace’s Cost Consultancy service offer in KSA, creating an environment that promotes our pro-active approach to cost consultancy, builds upon our existing capability and helps establish us as a leading independent cost consultancy practice.
- Providing leadership to both our clients and the in-country cost team and being the face of Mace with all KSA clients in relation to cost consultancy.
- Developing new and existing client relationships and opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining a consistent pipeline of new cost consultancy opportunities.
- Recruiting, training and developing highly technical people to support the goal of technical excellence.
- Promoting effective communication both within the team and with clients.
- Managing and liaising with the head of the cost consultancy to agree with the in-country strategic direction for cost consultancy.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual client and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
