Responsibilities:
Coordination of departmental activities: Coordination of day-to-day activities within the department to achieve set objectives.
Calendar Management: Review the departmental calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
Meeting Management: Prepare meeting agendas, schedule departmental meetings, and distribute meeting minutes.
The Events Coordinator organizes and facilitates special events related to the department.
Budget Support: Assist with budgeting and manage expenses.
Logistics Support: Help the team coordinate conference calls and travel arrangements.
Contract management: Work with legal and finance teams on contracts, payments and invoices.
CV Review: Collect and review resumes submitted to the website.
Data Management: Create and update talent data on the Portfolio Pad.
Confidentiality: Keep department information confidential and secure.
Customer Service: Respond to work requests from department personnel in a timely and accurate manner.
Document preparation: Assist team in preparing and maintaining meeting materials, business cases and departmental files.
General Support: Provide administrative and clerical support.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years professional experience in the field.
Communication and Leadership: Good communication and leadership skills.
Team Involvement: Positive, team-oriented work ethic and strong work ethic.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Customer Service: Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
